Relaxing hotel with a beautiful site in park like gardens.
Overall an excellent stay, great views and sunsets, vast breakfast options and that part at least good value for money. Room has dated elements but overall they have done well clean and well appointed. Amazing gardens (like a botanic garden with signs telling about the plants incredible
The checking in process is inefficient, double handled and we waited a couple of hours for our bags to be placed in our room (even though it was about 50 metres from where they were)

Lifetime experience
The facility is just breath taking and everything is been taking care of. You can really see that details are important here: friendly and welcoming staff, complimentary mask and fina by the private beach; complimentary lounge and showers for the guests that have already checked out and thanks to which my husband and I were able to take advantage of our last day on the island and catch a late night flight.

Excellent and amazing stay
We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel from February 15th to 18th for our honeymoon, and we can confidently say that the service and attention to guests were exceptional. Before booking, we came across a few negative reviews, but our experience proved them completely misleading. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of by the most dedicated and professional team. A special mention goes to Mr. Susantha, whose outstanding service made our stay truly unforgettable. His professionalism and attentiveness ensured that everything was perfect—from organizing activities and recommending must-visit places to checking in regularly to make sure we were well taken care of. We highly recommend him to future guests. Thank you again, Mr. Susantha! The reception team was equally fantastic—always helpful and welcoming. Though we regret not remembering the names of the lady who checked us in and the other team members, their genuine smiles and assistance did not go unnoticed. In the restaurant, Sylvester, Davido, and a wonderful waitress from Kenya stood out for their patience, kindness, and dedication, making each of our dining experiences special. We also want to extend our gratitude to David from housekeeping, who promptly assisted with an issue in our room, as well as the incredible housekeeping team who ensured our space was beautifully prepared throughout our stay. The room service and kitchen teams also deserve recognition for their excellent work, particularly for making our floating snack in the private pool such a memorable experience. To the entire Hilton team—both front and back of house—thank you for making our honeymoon truly special. We will undoubtedly return and remain loyal Hilton guests!
